On Feb. 15, 2001, ENS reported that +Ci Jones would be deposed.

On May 17, 2001, ENS reported that Bishop Jones would appeal the sentence I presume the appeal.

The Episcopal Church Annual 2003 (Page 489) said that Bishop Jones was suspended on 6/17/02. Since that time he has no longer been listed in The Clerical Directory or The Episcopal Church Annual.
