Justin Berger is the managing attorney of Berger Law, LLC, which he founded to support businesses, nonprofits, and new endeavors navigating legal challenges. With experience in business and nonprofit law, voter protection, policy counsel, and political campaign operations, Justin helps clients with startup guidance and ongoing compliance. He is licensed to practice in Georgia and holds a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and a B.A. in communications from Elon University.

Informing Democracy is a cross-ideological nonprofit made up of election professionals, researchers, lawyers, and media strategists, focused on providing research and information about vote counting and election certification.
