Safe Zone Trainings

A crash course to queer allyship. Get fed. Get trained. Get certified.

Part 1 includes interactive activities & discussions on LGBTQ+ acronyms; concepts of sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, & gender expression; and gender-neutral pronouns & gender-inclusive language.

Part 2 includes interactive activities & discussions on intersections of race, ethnicity, religion, and disability within the LGBTQ community and best practices for creating inclusive spaces for students, friends, and colleagues who may identify as LGBTQ.

NOTE: To complete Safe Zone Training, you MUST attend BOTH sessions.
