Will my credits transfer to Rutgers-Newark?
Rutgers-Newark has partnerships with most New Jersey Community Colleges (NJCC) and other New Jersey–based institutions. We accept up to 65 credits from NJ County Colleges and 90 credits from other 4-year universities or colleges in classes where you have earned a grade of C or above. Transferring is easy through the NJ Transfer portal
If you are transferring from out-of-state or a college or university, complete the admission application and work directly with the transfer staff in each of our schools/colleges regarding transfer credits:
